ACIC

Atal Community Innovation Centers have been launched to encourage a spirit of entrepreneurship in the underserved/unserved regions of India by providing enabling infrastructure and facilitating an environment for innovation.

NISP

The ‘National Innovation and Start-up Policy 2019 for students and faculty in HEIs was launched in 2019 at AICTE, New Delhi. It guides and promotes students to innovate and engage in start-up activities on campus. The policy is instrumental in leveraging the student’s problem solving and entrepreneurial mind-set. SGT University notified its National Innovation Startup Policy 2023 for its students, faculty-members and staffs.

IPR

IPR cell is to promote, spur and encourage creative activities in academics and research in SGT University. It protects lawful interests of the stakeholders including the faculty members, Research Scholars, students to resolve conflicts of opposing interests. It lays down a transparent and fair administrative system for the ownership, control and assignment of IPRs and sharing of the revenues created and held by the University. The Cell has a mechanism to transfer research and Innovation related outcome to Industry through technology transfer model.

TTC

Technology Transfer Cell (TTC) at SGT University acts as a bridging body between SGTU and external partners to facilitate commercialization of innovations and technologies developed at organization through a seamless and meticulously defined framework.
